Pico de Gallo

2 1/4 C. favorite tomatoes, diced
1/2 of a large sweet onion, chopped
3-4 cloves garlic minced or pressed
1 1/2 C. cilantro, chopped
juice from 1/2 large lime
½ teaspoon salt
1-2 jalapenos chopped very fine

If you don’t like spice you can use as little as ¼ of a jalapeno and just chop and freeze the rest for the next time you make it .Using a small amount will give it flavor that you don’t want to eliminate.

Mix ingredients together and enjoy!
