Below is my version of parsley potatoes like they have in the movie Pride and Prejudice. I hope you enjoy!
9 potatoes
5 tablespoons butter
3 rounded tablespoons parsley
Peel and cut each potatoes into 8 pieces. Boil them about 20 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out easily. When they are done drain them thoroughly and add the butter and parsley.
